Parents
  • Please make sure your participant is wearing all proper uniform and equipment during practice and games.
  • If your child will be playing/cheering at a school or park with synthetic (turf) field make sure you are aware of the restrictions, each city has certain guidelines that must be followed; however universal ones are: NO GUM, NO SUNFLOWER SEEDS, NO SPORTS DRINKS AND NO HALF TIME SNACK ON THE FIELD
  • Under no circumstances should parent(s), guardian or spectators ever approach the sideline during game time, players and cheerleaders should not be interrupted. The staff is 100% responsible for the Pop Warner participant during practice and game time.
  • Most school districts DO NOT ALLOW pets on school property. If you choose to take a pet with you to a game, please caution that you are doing so with a chance that you might be asked to remove the pet from the property. The associations must comply with the school districts rules to avoid any disruption with future field usage.
  • All participants have a mandatory check in process that must be completed before game time. This is required. Failure to arrive at the designated time requested by your team staff may result in the participant not being permitted to cheer or play for that particular game.
  • Parents (anyone that is not on the staff) can not approach players anytime during the weigh in process. The weigh in area is strictly OFF LIMITS.
  • Please continue to keep your children hydrated; it is anticipated that we will have another 2 weeks of heat wave weather.
